Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for a Backend Developer who is proficient in C programming with a minimum of 6 years of proven professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
- I require excellent coding skills, particularly with professional experience in CoffeeScript.
- A solid understanding of RDBMS DB concepts, including SQL and stored procedures, is necessary.
- I need someone who can troubleshoot and investigate technical issues, along with experience in precise and detailed technical communication.
- Experience with EJS (Embedded JavaScript templates) is preferred.
- A CLP - C Certified Professional Programmer Certification is also preferred.
- Experience in pensions (UK/US) or FinTech is desirable.
Responsibilities
- You will play a key role in the technical development of our pension products.
- I expect you to develop, test, and deploy code while collaborating with team members to manage integration, problem-solving, and peer reviews.
- You will take ownership of your assigned development related to new functionality and technical escalations.
- You will keep colleagues informed about your task progress and resolve issues while handling and mitigating key risks and dependencies.
- Your deliverables must be clean, well-documented, and completed according to plan.
- A thorough understanding of the SDLC process is essential.
- I want you to be a good team player, capable of managing and delivering your tasks to a very high-quality standard.
- I encourage you to have an innovative mindset to evaluate and suggest new perspectives, processes, and tools.
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
