Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience recruiting Software Engineers within scaling or high-growth organisations.
- Enterprise-level background strongly preferred.
- A seasoned Talent Acquisition Business Partner with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Highly data-driven, comfortable using systems, reporting, and insights to guide decision-making.
- Confident navigating complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities.
- Engineering background is ideal; alternatively, significant experience in complex technical hiring environments.

- Act as a true business partner to engineering and technology leaders, supporting large-scale hiring programmes.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for Software Engineering roles across multiple disciplines.
- Navigate and manage complex, fast-moving hiring environments, balancing pace with quality.
- Use data and insights to influence hiring decisions, workforce planning, and delivery.
- Partner with HR, People, and Tech teams to continuously improve hiring processes and systems.
- Demonstrate clear ownership of delivery, including what was delivered and how it was achieved at scale.
