Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience recruiting Software Engineers within scaling or high-growth organisations.
- Enterprise-level background strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills as a seasoned Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
- Highly data-driven, comfortable using systems, reporting, and insights for decision-making.
- Confident in navigating complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities.
- Engineering background ideal; significant experience in complex technical hiring environments is acceptable.

- Act as a true business partner to engineering and technology leaders, supporting large-scale hiring programmes.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for Software Engineering roles across multiple disciplines.
- Navigate and manage complex, fast-moving hiring environments, balancing pace with quality.
- Use data and insights to influence hiring decisions, workforce planning, and delivery.
- Partner with HR, People, and Tech teams to continuously improve hiring processes and systems.
- Demonstrate clear ownership of delivery, including what was delivered and how it was achieved at scale.

We are a well-known, large UK high-street retailer experiencing significant growth and transformation across our technology function. We are seeking two experienced Software Engineering Talent Acquisition Partners for a 6-month fixed-term contract starting in January. Our role offers real influence and visibility, a competitive salary, and flexible hybrid working, allowing you to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
