A collaborative and proactive approach, along with excellent communication skills, is essential. Additionally, I seek someone who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up system and hardware access for new starters, purchasing tool tickets and subscriptions with support from senior team members, and troubleshooting issues with diagnostic tools and vehicle connections. You will manage updates and maintenance for diagnostic tools and local IT infrastructure, test and investigate OSCA tools returned by customers, and handle support calls from customers regarding connection or configuration issues. Assisting with onboarding new partners and completing related admin tasks will be part of your duties, as well as working with senior IT staff on data retrieval, manipulation, and presentation. You will support technicians in resolving connectivity and tool-related challenges and liaise with manufacturers for technical or login support when required.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000 per annum.
