Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (identity, security, Conditional Access)
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills in supporting a M365 environment
- Good understanding of Teams, Exchange Online, and related M365 services
- Knowledge of M365 security & compliance tools
- Scripting skills for automation and administration
- Ability to document processes and create knowledge base content
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our M365 platform with a strong focus on SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft Entra ID
- Manage platform administration, security, and troubleshooting
- Drive best practices across collaboration and identity services
- Engage in hands-on technical tasks related to M365
- Support business users in problem solving and improving systems
- Document processes and maintain knowledge base resources
