Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a skilled Desktop and Intune Engineer who possesses the following essential experience, skills, and knowledge:
- Proven experience in desktop support and endpoint management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
- Proficiency in Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Autopilot, MDM policies, and application deployment.
- Experience with Entra and Conditional Access policies.
- Good scripting skills using PowerShell.
- Good knowledge of desktop security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
As part of our IT Operations team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing 2nd line "escalated" support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices (Windows and iOS).
- Managing and administering Microsoft Intune for device enrolment, compliance, and supported application deployment.
- Developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
- Collaborating with security and service management teams to support ad hoc rollouts and improve the user experience.
- Producing and updating documentation pertaining to the Intune configuration regarding Autopilot, enrolment, and system policies.
- Ensuring device compliance using built-in dashboards.
- Working directly with staff in person and over Teams regarding device management.
