Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of experience in a relevant role is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence, specifically with Tableau, and experience in upgrading projects is essential.
- Familiarity with Business Objects (BO), .Net, SQL, and advanced Database skills is a major advantage.
- Team leading or management experience, with a focus on supporting a software team, is required.
- Experience working in an IT services-based company is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- A self-starter attitude is crucial for success in this role.
- Flexibility and an open-minded approach to work with a 'can do' attitude are necessary.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a technical team, ensuring effective support for software development projects.
- Utilize and enhance Business Intelligence processes, particularly using Tableau, to meet client needs.
- Oversee upgrading projects, ensuring they align with company standards and client expectations.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative working environment that encourages team growth and development.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver quality service.
