Requirements

Must:
- I require at least 3 years of experience as a Support Analyst. - You must have knowledge of a broad range of database technologies, with a mandatory requirement for MS SQL Server. - Helpdesk or Testing experience is a strong advantage. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with excellent English in both written and verbal forms. - Knowledge of a programming language would be beneficial. - The ability to hit the ground running is important; experience working independently and as part of a team is highly valued. - Excellent customer service skills are a must. - I am looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual prepared to go the extra mile. - You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially concerning fixing data issues. - A flexible, can-do attitude with the capability to multitask and remain resilient under pressure is necessary. - The ability to form good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.

Responsibilities

- As a 1st and 2nd Line Support / Helpdesk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our corporate clients across various domains including Insurance, Retail, FMCG, Automotive, Logistics & Leasing, Publishing, and Charity sectors. - You will work full time (5 days per week) in our Milton Keynes office, with occasional travel to our Borehamwood office. - You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with clients. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software and database technologies. - Contributing to a supportive and collaborative working environment is key.
