- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
- Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, or similar certification
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification is desirable but not essential
- SC clearance or willingness to obtain SC clearance

- Creating and managing robust project plans, budgets, and resources
- Coordinating cross-functional teams using Agile and Waterfall methods
- Managing risks, issues, and change effectively
- Providing clear, timely updates to stakeholders
- Ensuring smooth transition into live service and capturing lessons learned
