Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Management.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, consulting, or strategy roles.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a client-facing strategic role (e.g., vCIO, IT Manager, IT Director, or Consultant).
- Proven success in developing IT strategies and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, and risk management frameworks.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong understanding of business management principles, budgeting, and digital transformation methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and modern workplace technologies.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation or higher, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert / 365 Enterprise Administrator, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, COBIT, or PMP/PRINCE2.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and maintenance of multi-year IT strategies and technology roadmaps aligned with clients business goals and growth plans.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client operations, market context, and strategic drivers.
- Translate business insights into actionable technology plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Establish client-specific IT governance frameworks defining decision-making, accountability, and risk oversight.
- Conduct regular technology risk assessments and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Define and maintain policies covering cybersecurity, access control, and data protection.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to evaluate progress, refine priorities, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Foster long-term partnerships with senior and C-level client stakeholders built on trust and transparency.
- Develop, validate, and manage client IT budgets aligned to their strategic roadmap and business priorities.
- Advise clients on opportunities in digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and automation.
