Requirements

Must:
### - 3+ years of experience in React, .NET, or C# development - Proficiency in working with databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos, MongoDB) - Experience with RESTful APIs and optionally GraphQL for system integrations - Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure, for deploying and managing services - Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD methodologies - Strong knowledge of version control, automated testing (including TDD), and software security best practices - A self-starter attitude with a team player mindset and eagerness to learn - Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders across business and technical domains ###

Responsibilities

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable front-end and back-end code - Design and build scalable software components aligned with project goals - Participate in architectural discussions and collaborate with architects and senior developers - Develop features using technologies such as React, .NET, SQL/NoSQL, and Azure - Create unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure high-quality code - Manage version control using tools like GitHub or Azure DevOps - Maintain software by resolving bugs, bottlenecks, and production incidents - Participate in CI/CD workflows and improve automation pipelines - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, etc.) in Agile ceremonies - Write user and technical documentation for both internal and external use - Analyze requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions - Implement secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance - Drive continuous improvement by refactoring code and adopting new technologies - Suggest and innovate new features, tools, or techniques to enhance our product delivery ###
