We are seeking a talented Front-End Web Developer with strong experience in WordPress, particularly with the Bricks Theme Builder and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). The ideal candidate must demonstrate proven experience as a Front-End Web Developer, supported by a portfolio of WordPress projects. You should have a strong knowledge of WordPress, Bricks Builder, and ACF, along with proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, and PHP. Experience writing custom PHP functions and integrating third-party APIs is essential. Familiarity with using the functions.php file to extend theme functionality, as well as a strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility, is expected. A solid knowledge of SEO principles and site performance optimization is important. Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial.

Responsibilities

In this role, I expect you to build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using the Bricks Theme Builder. You will implement and manage Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for dynamic, custom WordPress functionality and write and maintain custom PHP functions in functions.php to extend WordPress capabilities. You will develop and integrate APIs for third-party services, plugins, and tools while designing and developing responsive, user-friendly landing pages optimized for performance and conversions. Creating and integrating custom forms to ensure seamless functionality and tracking will also be part of your duties. Collaboration with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to implement web content and campaigns is essential. Additionally, optimizing websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness, as well as troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues in WordPress themes and plugins will be key tasks. I also expect you to stay up-to-date with WordPress, front-end, and web development best practices.

This hybrid position requires you to be in the office from Monday to Wednesday and to have the flexibility to work from home on Thursday and Friday. Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of other WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, Oxygen), experience with custom post types, taxonomies, and WordPress hooks/filters, familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, analytics, tracking scripts), and a basic understanding of Git/version control.
