Requirements

Must:
We are seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or helpdesk roles. You should have familiarity with Google Workspace (email, Drive, accounts) and be comfortable supporting both macOS and Windows devices. Basic networking knowledge, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and WiFi troubleshooting, is essential. Additionally, hands-on experience with hardware such as laptop builds, cable management, and peripheral setups is required. We value clear communication, a helpful attitude, and a customer-first mindset, along with attention to detail and ownership over support issues. Preferred qualifications include CompTIA A+ or similar credentials, exposure to MDM solutions like Jamf or Intune, and experience in office move or setup projects.

Responsibilities

As a 1st Line IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for all internal technical support issues. Your key responsibilities will include providing first-line support to staff across Mac and Windows devices, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes (including setup of devices, accounts, access, and MFA), maintaining endpoints such as laptops, monitors, peripherals, and printers, and assisting with cabling, patching, basic network setup, and testing. You'll also help with the new office fit-out by setting up devices, configuring WiFi access points, connecting endpoints, and installing printers and cameras. You will log, triage, and escalate tickets as necessary, maintain asset inventory and documentation, deliver simple user training (e.g., how to use MFDs, access drives, use VPNs), and work closely with the IT Administrator and external vendors during infrastructure setup.

Description

This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring you to work three days in the office and two days from home. You will support both in-house (25+) and remote (50+) staff in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment. Joining us means being part of an exciting infrastructure build and scale-up journey, gaining hands-on experience with both Mac and Windows, as well as multiple cloud platforms. We provide excellent opportunities for career development and certifications, allowing you to learn from experienced IT leadership while getting exposure to modern tools. If you enjoy helping people, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and are eager to grow your career in IT, we would love to hear from you!
