Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated experience working in the field of software development.
- Passion for creating a product that impacts people's lives.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented development and a willingness to learn new technologies and languages.
- A drive to constantly review and improve the products I work on, with a collaborative approach to offering opinions and suggestions.
- Pride in the quality of work produced.
- Experience using object-oriented languages (Java, C#/C++, Ruby, etc.) in a full-stack project.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to deliver incremental improvements in an Agile (SCRUM) environment.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective ceremonies.
- Engage in pair programming, conduct code reviews, and promote automated testing and frequent collaboration.
- Work across the full stack, including database, backend, and frontend development, while managing AWS infrastructure and DevOps responsibilities.
- Design and architect scalable systems that can handle thousands of requests per minute and large databases.
- Support third-party integrations and manage caches across various endpoints.
- Contribute to requirements gathering, project management, and research efforts.
