Requirements
Must:
- PhD in a relevant field
- Demonstrable expert knowledge in artificial intelligence (including computer vision)
- Experience in machine learning and data science
- Proven ability to translate research ideas into academic outputs
- Original thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Support the Principal Investigator and wider team in research activities
- Lead innovative research applying AI and ML techniques to analyze complex datasets
- Perform data mining, preprocessing, model development, validation, and interpretation of multimodal clinical data
- Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Identify clinically meaningful patterns and develop predictive models
- Translate research findings into improved patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with data governance
- Publish research results and support the development of ethical AI-driven healthcare solutions
