Requirements
Must:
- I have at least 2+ years of experience in an IT Support role, with 2nd line experience being beneficial.
- I possess excellent experience with Windows Server and Windows Desktops.
- I have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365.
- I am knowledgeable in working with Active Directory and Azure AD.
- I have a vast understanding of DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- I have experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting backup systems.
Responsibilities
- I will provide a 2nd line support service that ensures all IT equipment and infrastructure is performing at optimum levels, meeting departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both my home site and any remote sites supported by my team.
- I will manage my workload and prioritize multiple open tickets to meet SLA thresholds for incidents, requests, and problems.
- I will take full technical responsibility for incidents, requests, and problems, conducting comprehensive diagnostics with end-users to ensure ticket resolution and project completion.
- I will perform regular maintenance and patching of infrastructure, endpoints, and servers.
- I will act as an escalation point for support calls from various support tiers, ensuring timely and effective resolution processes.
- I will provide technical maintenance and support for all IT hardware and software used by end-users.
- I will confidently and professionally engage with customers at all organizational levels while providing onsite technical support.
Description
We are located in Belfast (BT3) and require candidates to have a full driving license and access to a car for this role. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8:45 am to 5:00 pm.
