Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in NetSuite (or similar ERP)
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly in finance, supply chain, or operations
- Confidence in managing system configurations, workflows, and sandbox environments
- Natural problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is advantageous, but not essential
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain NetSuite configurations, workflows, and user support
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Lead ERP-related projects including enhancements, new module implementations, and third-party integrations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Operations, and IT to align technology with business needs
- Drive automation and optimisation opportunities within the ERP ecosystem
Description
We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to take ownership of a group-wide ERP platform within our growing, forward-thinking organisation. This key role reports directly to the CIO and is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the NetSuite system. Our ideal candidate is looking to work at the group level, with the freedom to shape systems strategy and make tangible improvements in a full-time, high-impact position.
