Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Hands-on knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience reviewing or assessing existing Microsoft environments
- Understanding of platform governance and best practice
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct a full review of the existing Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform environment
- Assess current configuration, customisations and solution structure
- Review Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and Dataverse architecture
- Evaluate platform governance, security roles and environment management
- Identify technical debt, performance issues and areas for optimisation
- Produce documentation outlining findings and recommended improvements
Description
We are a well-established UK technology organisation undertaking a review of our Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform estate. We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant for a contract of 3-6 months, with a focus on reviewing our current setup, assessing configurations, governance, and usage, while also identifying areas for optimisation. This role can be performed in a hybrid or remote capacity in the UK.
