Must:
We are looking for a candidate with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, demonstrating its role in driving business success. You should have experience with other Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Azure, M365, and Active Directory. The ability to lead workshops, gather detailed requirements, and design client-centric solutions is crucial. We prefer candidates with advanced Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service. Proven experience in delivering full project lifecycles, from discovery through to post-implementation support, is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to translate complex ideas for non-technical audiences. Involvement in RFP responses and business development activities, along with hands-on experience in technical consultant or architect roles focused on Dynamics 365 CE, is highly valued.
Responsibilities
As our Dynamics 365 CE Solutions Architect, I will lead the discovery process, using my deep understanding of Dynamics 365 to collaborate with subject matter experts to understand client goals, challenges, and business needs. I will lead discovery workshops to capture both functional and non-functional requirements across CRM, infrastructure, integration, and compliance.
In the design phase, I will translate client needs into smart, scalable Dynamics solutions, creating clear and relevant technical documentation, and guiding clients in building their enterprise CRM roadmap using my expertise.
During the delivery stage, I will lead and oversee D365 CE implementations to ensure that high-quality, value-driven solutions are delivered, meeting client expectations. Additionally, I will contribute to internal thought leadership to help keep our team at the cutting edge of Dynamics innovation and provide expert input into proposals and pre-sales activities to support growth and credibility.
Finally, I will foster an environment of teamwork, collaborating within a diverse, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere where every contribution is valued. I will share my knowledge and mentor others across projects and teams.
