Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience working in Dynamics 365 CE/ Power Platform solution architecture from a consultancy perspective
- Firm understanding of Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service/ Contact Centre functionality
- Strong understanding of the wider Microsoft Tech Stack and Power Platform/ AI toolsets
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and experience in Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery pipelines
- Competency in delivering projects using AGILE methodology principles
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CE/ Contact Centre solutions to effectively meet customer requirements
- Play a key role within the D365 practice as a Solution Architect, promoting functional best practices in delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional Microsoft stack teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while providing support to the wider team as needed, including pre-sales discovery work
