Requirements
Must:
- Multiple years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service, Sales).
- Proficiency in creating precise technical documentation to ensure necessary requirements are met.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
- Strong stakeholder communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- I will engage with high-level stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
- I will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and to the required standards.
- I may utilize Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- I will create custom plugins using JavaScript and C# (advantageous).
