Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Power Platform Developer with proven experience in delivering Power Platform solutions. You should have strong applied knowledge of C#, .NET, Dynamics Plugins, Power Fx, Power Automate, Model/Canvas Apps, and Dataverse. Familiarity with ALM pipelines, Azure DevOps, and PowerShell is essential. Experience working within CRM systems, ideally Dynamics, is also required. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in agile delivery environments and be comfortable collaborating closely with product owners, testers, and analysts. You should possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, experience in mentoring and coaching others is important, as we are committed to building capability across our team.
Responsibilities
As a Power Platform Developer at our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Power Platform and Azure DevOps. You will support the delivery of large, complex business systems, such as case management and testing platforms, while also building APIs and integrations to connect systems and enhance service delivery. We expect you to apply modern software engineering practices, including automated testing, code reviews, and the reusability of components. In this role, you will coach, mentor, and support junior and mid-level developers as our team grows, and you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
