Requirements
Must:
- 1-2 years of experience in a business analyst, systems support, or similar role
- Exposure to ERP or business systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- Keen to learn and develop within a fast-paced digital environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Support the design and implementation of new systems and processes
- Assist in mapping current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes
- Work with technical teams and end users to ensure smooth system integrations
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training materials
- Help monitor project progress and contribute to reporting and documentation
- Provide day-to-day support during the Business Central upgrade and rollout
