Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in first line and second line support
- Good understanding of infrastructure, networking, and Windows environments
- Confident communicator who can support users at all levels
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is desirable but not essential
- Comfortable commuting to the Doncaster area and being on-site five days per week
Responsibilities
- Deliver first line and second line support across the business
- Handle user issues related to hardware, software, networks, and general IT queries
- Support core infrastructure, including servers, networks, and Office applications
- Troubleshoot Windows environments to ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with the wider tech team to resolve more complex issues
