Requirements
Must:
- Senior leadership experience across IT services, infrastructure, and operational IT delivery.
- Extensive technical background with Office 365, Active Directory, enterprise networks, cloud services, and endpoint management.
- Proven success in managing large-scale endpoint estates and leading major infrastructure or transformation projects.
- Strong grounding in IT governance, ITSM/ITIL frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience developing cyber security controls, risk assessments, and disaster recovery plans.
- Vendor and stakeholder management within customer-focused, multi-site operations.
- Experience supporting or implementing platforms such as Salesforce and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on technical initiatives across infrastructure, security, data, and support.
- Communicate confidently and approachably, making complex IT concepts understandable for non-technical audiences.
- Deliver enterprise-scale infrastructure improvements while strengthening our cyber security posture.
- Align IT services with commercial goals, ensuring they support business objectives.
- Foster a culture of empowerment and feedback, actively challenging the status quo to bring fresh thinking to established operations.
- Maintain a comfortable onsite presence, engaging deeply with the workforce to build trust and collaborative relationships.
