Must:
We are seeking candidates with strong experience working with Dynamics CRM, particularly in customer engagement and Power Platform. You should have hands-on experience in application analysis and deployment within Dynamics 365 CE. The ability to carry out customizations and system configurations is essential. We value an analytical approach to work, along with strong organizational skills. Furthermore, you should be confident in writing functional and technical documents.
Responsibilities
As a Dynamics 365 CE Application Analyst, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support while contributing to transformation projects aimed at enhancing customer experience. You will troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Description
This is a hybrid position based in Doncaster, requiring you to be onsite two days a week. We offer a starting salary of up to £52k, depending on your experience, along with an annual bonus, private medical care, and additional benefits.
