Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in supporting, analyzing, and improving Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central software.
- End-to-end functional project life cycle skills, from analysis through to go-live.
- Understanding of manufacturing/supply chain business processes.
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- German multi-lingual skills (preferable).
Responsibilities
- Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and design systems.
- Functional design, installation/configuration, and testing of new system advancements.
- Provide key user training and project go-live support; act as a key escalation point for Business Central issues.
- Take a hands-on approach in the rollout and deployment of new systems across the business.
- Manage integration projects with third-party add-ons.
Description
I represent a global manufacturing and supply chain organization that is looking to add a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist to our IT team. This role focuses on the day-to-day management, rollout, and continuous improvement of our Business Central environment. The successful candidate will truly own the solution and lead business-critical projects surrounding its development in the coming years, all while collaborating with a like-minded team. We operate on a hybrid working model between home and our modern Greater London-based offices. We offer a fantastic base salary of up to £75k (dependent on experience), an excellent company benefits scheme including a target-based bonus, a competitive company pension and health plan, and a flexible work policy with a great company culture and incentives.
