Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience delivering D365 Contact Centre solutions
- Ability to maximize capabilities of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices
- End-to-end implementation experience of CRM-based programs
- Security Clearance is required
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CE contact centre solutions, integrating AI agents via Copilot to enhance agent productivity and customer experience.
- Collaborate with clients from project inception through to delivery, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Implement AI-driven features such as intelligent routing, chatbots, and virtual assistants to optimize customer interactions.
- Design solutions with a focus on security, performance, and scalability, utilizing the broader Microsoft technology stack.
- Actively participate in the Microsoft community through social media, conferences, and user groups, sharing knowledge and best practices.

We are seeking a Contact Centre Architect specializing in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to be pivotal in designing and delivering cutting-edge, AI-first contact centre solutions. We offer a starting salary ranging from £90k to £110k, dependent on experience, along with a flexible, hybrid working model, private medical insurance, enhanced pension contributions, and much more.
