Responsibilities
- Gather stakeholder requirements and create technical/functional specifications for the development and functional teams
- Take ownership of the system and explore ways to extend the platforms capabilities
- Provide tailored technical and functional support to users, managing requests and troubleshooting as needed
- Collaborate with System Developers to ensure quality, project progression, and product alignment with specifications

We are an established End User in West Yorkshire searching for a D365 CRM Manager to become our in-house specialist and drive the evolution of our Dynamics 365 platform.
