Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. You should have proven functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, along with some experience in development or configuration. The ability to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and understand relational databases is essential. Experience with AI data models, including training models for error detection and correction, is a plus. We value strong skills in translating business requirements into practical solutions and documenting processes, as well as experience working through full project lifecycles. An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize your workload and meet deadlines independently are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical and functional specifications that stakeholders or developers can understand. You will conduct business analysis to identify the best CRM solutions that align with best practices, whether they are existing or new. Additionally, I will need you to provide hands-on technical and functional support to CRM users, managing their requests and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Testing and assessing cases to ensure that solutions meet requirements and quality standards will be part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with developers to oversee deliverables, project progress, and adherence to specifications. Occasionally, you may also assist our IT team with Dynamics 365 CRM configuration based on agreed specifications.
Description
