Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience architecting and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure, M365, and Active Directory.
- Advanced Dynamics 365 functional certifications in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their strategic goals, challenges, and CRM needs.
- Capture detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to shape solution approaches.
- Translate business needs into clear technical direction.
- Develop Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Produce concise and relevant technical design documentation.
- Advise clients on CRM strategy, roadmap, and best practices.
- Ensure solution design integrates effectively across the Microsoft stack.
- Oversee end-to-end Dynamics implementations with a focus on quality.
- Guide technical teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement and solution optimization.
- Support testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Contribute to thought leadership and solution innovation.
- Support proposal development and pre-sales activities.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Promote an inclusive culture where all voices are heard and valued.
