Requirements
Must:
We require a candidate with at least 5 years of experience working with D365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, demonstrating a proven track record in designing and implementing complex architectures. A strong background in solution design, data integration, and cloud architecture within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in an architect role on end-to-end D365 CE implementation projects, with the ability to provide technical leadership by collaborating across technical and business teams to deliver optimal solutions. Additionally, strong communication skills are crucial for engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
As our D365 CE Architect, you will lead the architectural design and strategy for D365 CE solutions, ensuring they align with our business goals and scalability. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into robust, high-performance architectural solutions. Your role will involve overseeing the implementation of D365 CE architecture and ensuring integration with omnichannel capabilities, case management, and customer service automation. We expect you to provide technical leadership to our development teams, ensuring best practices in customization, system integration, and solution deployment. Additionally, you will conduct architectural reviews, provide guidance on optimizing existing D365 CE systems to meet evolving business needs, mentor and support internal teams on architectural methodologies, best practices, and system design principles, and drive innovation in customer engagement by identifying and implementing emerging technologies and features within the D365 ecosystem.
