Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years experience working in an MSP or IT consultancy environment
- Proven delivery of cloud projects, including Microsoft 365 migrations, Azure deployments, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Teams
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of cloud, network, and infrastructure projects, from minor upgrades to major transformations
- Act as a technical escalation point for junior engineers and support delivery quality
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, site surveys, and technical input
- Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into support teams
- Ensure SLA commitments and service quality are consistently met
- Participate in an optional out-of-hours support rota
