Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a CTO, Head of Technology, or senior IT leadership role, ideally in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with hands-on leadership experience in Dynamics 365 F&O rollouts (preferred).
- Solid background in software engineering, cloud architecture (Azure/AWS), and infrastructure.
- Track record of leading complex digital transformations in international environments.
- Strong commercial and operational understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing diverse technical teams.
- Fluent in English; Swedish or other Nordic languages are a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business growth and digital transformation goals.
- Lead the successful rollout and adoption of D365 F&O across the Nordics, ensuring alignment with manufacturing and operational requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to technology teams spanning software engineering, IT infrastructure, and ERP.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality ERP and technology solutions that support core manufacturing processes.
- Drive innovation in production systems, supply chain, and enterprise applications.
- Oversee integration of F&O with existing systems and ensure scalability and reliability.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align technology investments with business priorities.
- Act as the key link between technical teams, manufacturing operations, and leadership.
- Support change management and user adoption strategies during the ERP rollout.
- Build, scale, and mentor high-performing IT and digital teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Develop internal expertise to support long-term ERP sustainability and technical excellence.
