Must:
We are looking for candidates who have solid hands-on knowledge of Business Central. A good understanding of finance or operational processes is essential. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will be supporting non-technical users. We value a proactive and detailed approach, along with a willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for Business Central users across the business. You will manage system configuration permissions and data maintenance. Assisting with upgrades, new features, and process improvements will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to understand issues and deliver efficient solutions while ensuring system accuracy, stability, and adherence to best practices.
Description
We offer a salary of up to £50k and a hybrid working model based in Manchester, allowing a balance of office collaboration and home working. You will receive training support and development opportunities to progress your Business Central skills, along with exposure to projects, upgrades, and broader system improvements.
