- Good documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Provide in-house 1st Line support to staff across multiple locations in the UK
- Support users in person, over the phone, and via remote sessions
- Manage escalations and documentation
- Collaborate with a centralized support team
- Assist with technical issues related to desktops, mobile devices, and networking
