Requirements
Must:
- Experience using Auto CAD or similar CAD/design software (essential)
- Strong technical drawing ability with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and produce accurate technical plans
- Comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders and supporting multiple projects
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage documentation and revisions
- Good communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach
Responsibilities
- Produce detailed installation and layout drawings for outdoor leisure projects
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with industry standards, health & safety requirements, and accessibility guidelines
- Work alongside the Sales Team to create layouts, proposals, and adapt designs to meet customer needs
- Liaise with Project & Contracts Teams to clarify design intent, resolve technical queries, and support smooth installation and delivery
- Maintain organised design files, templates, and documentation in line with internal processes
- Review and cross-check specifications and pricing to ensure accuracy between design plans and proposals
- Provide internal support on design-related queries and administrative project tasks
Description
We are seeking a detail-focused individual with strong technical drawing skills who enjoys supporting projects from concept to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team in the outdoor and leisure industry, based in Kettering.
