Requirements
Must:
- 4 years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
- Hands-on experience within B2B eCommerce environments
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and triggers
- Experience using CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Comfortable collaborating closely with marketing teams
- Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SaaS or subscription-based business experience
- Nice to have: Exposure to loyalty or retention-focused CRM strategies
Responsibilities
- Automating and running CRM campaigns across email and lifecycle channels
- Designing and maintaining end-to-end customer journeys, including hybrid flow-chart style journey mapping
- Driving loyalty and repeat engagement through data-led automation
- Working closely with the marketing team to align CRM activity with wider campaigns
- Analyzing performance and continuously optimizing journeys and automation flows
