Must:
We are looking for a candidate with strong client-facing skills, a background in software development or deployment using Microsoft technologies, and experience throughout the full software development lifecycle. You should have experience in requirements gathering and the ability to document requirements, solutions, and infrastructure architecture design. Proven experience in delivering SaaS projects is essential, including knowledge of technical infrastructure, environments, networks, and security processes associated with compliance and regulation that supports the SaaS model. You need to have implemented APIs to provide a service-oriented architecture and have experience in the installation and configuration of services and applications on Microsoft or Linux server/network/platforms. Data migration skills and experience in system integration design with third parties are necessary. A strong understanding of security best practices and data protection issues is vital, along with thorough knowledge of database systems, such as SQL Server, including T-SQL and MongoDB. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, are required.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Services Consultant, I will provide technical consultancy to clients and within the organization related to the deployment and usage of our software. I will define the technical architecture for the integration of our software within client and third-party strategic partner ecosystems, which includes defining the integration strategy, completing gap analyses, interface design, security analysis, and software selection. I will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing data migration activities from clients' existing systems and applications. Additionally, I will define the infrastructure architecture for implementation projects, whether on-premise or SaaS, covering software, hardware, and network requirements. Participation in implementation projects will be part of my role, where I will own technical work-streams and liaise with clients regarding their development and infrastructure activities. I will also ensure a smooth release delivery and installation process for our clients, deploy and configure software solutions and IDHP releases in cloud environments, and, with the Technical Services Manager, identify the Cloud and On-Premise requirements for configuration, deployment, and monitoring tools. In this role, I will define acceptance criteria and approve or reject new releases.
