Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in developing applications using .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, Angular
- Strong background in SQL Server and MongoDB
- Experience with RESTful APIs and messaging systems (NServiceBus)
- Familiarity with data analysis and instrumentation techniques
- Knowledge of product analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Experience in working within an Agile/Scrum framework
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Product Management and UX
- Understanding of AI capabilities and integration with software products
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain features for our policy and claims management platform
- Contribute to application architecture decisions and code reviews
- Define and track meaningful product KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Instrument applications to capture usage data and insights
- Design and implement data pipelines and models to support analytics
- Create dashboards and reports for performance tracking
- Collaborate with Product Management to identify valuable AI use cases
- Develop and integrate AI services for document processing and workflow automation
- Work with UX teams to enhance user experience with AI features

We offer hybrid working arrangements and are currently seeking to recruit two Senior .NET Developers. This role will enable you to work as a core member of a Scrum team, enhancing our policy and claims management platform while driving our product analytics capability and contributing to innovative AI-driven features.
