Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare software, health insurance administration, or related fintech/regulated industry domains
- Strong understanding of claims processing workflows, policy administration, and the regulatory landscape governing health insurance in target markets (UK, EU, US experience highly valued)
- Strategic and analytical thinking ability to synthesize complex market, customer, technical, and regulatory information into a coherent product strategy
- Strong systems thinking to understand how product, technology, operations, and business models interact to create customer value
- Technical fluency with a working knowledge of modern software architecture concepts (cloud, microservices, APIs, databases)
- Familiarity with agile and DevOps practices including sprints, user stories, backlogs, continuous integration/delivery, and monitoring
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts sufficient to evaluate feasibility and ROI of AI-driven features and communicate with data scientists and ML engineers
Responsibilities
- Establish the Product Management function and lead a critical modernization initiative
- Drive a comprehensive user interface modernization
- Integrate AI-powered and digital capabilities into core workflows
- Work closely with the CTO and specialist development team
- Translate business complexity into clear product strategy and actionable roadmaps
- Engage in both strategic planning and day-to-day execution of product evolution
- Coordinate cross-functionally with clients, implementation and support teams, product owners, and development teams
