Must:
- Experience working in a DevOps or Platform Engineering role
- Strong knowledge of Linux and working knowledge of Windows
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience deploying and operating applications in the cloud
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container-based workloads
- Experience with Git-based workflows
- Scripting experience using Shell / Bash and/or PowerShell
- Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and incident management practices
- Experience with GitOps tooling (Argo CD) (desirable)
- Experience with Bamboo and Bitbucket (desirable)
- Knowledge of Kafka, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL operations (desirable)
- Experience operating OpenSearch or similar logging platforms (desirable)
- Understanding of cloud security and access control (RBAC, secrets) (desirable)

Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and operate cloud-based infrastructure supporting production and non-production environments
- Administer and support Linux and Windows-based systems
- Contribute to infrastructure design with a focus on availability, scalability, and security
- Design, implement, and maintain CI pipelines for on-premise and cloud-hosted applications
- Support and improve CD and GitOps workflows using tools such as Argo CD
- Maintain and optimise build infrastructure and build agents
- Deploy, operate, and support Kubernetes application deployments, services, ingress, and configuration
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes and container-related issues in production environments
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions
- Support operational aspects of platforms such as: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Apache Kafka, OpenSearch
