Requirements
Must:
- Experience in the management, administration, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Civica Cx or similar
- Proven track record of providing first-line applications support and troubleshooting
- Strong experience with SQL for data queries and cleansing (preferred)
- Excellent technical competencies in data management and reporting
- Ability to create reports and dashboards, and validate data with filters
- Proficiency in Excel functions
Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve IT helpdesk tickets promptly
- Provide IT training and guidance to staff members
- Maintain clear and accessible end-user documentation
- Conduct general data administration and cleansing
- Collaborate closely with business teams, the service desk, and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery
Description
Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London. We are offering a full-time, fixed-term contract position for 18 months with a salary of £35,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to earn up to 5% performance-related pay. Our office is located in Hale Village, London, N17, where you will work in purpose-built facilities just two minutes from Tottenham Hale transport interchange. In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer 27 days of holiday, a non-contributory pension, excellent benefits, and a flexi scheme.
