Requirements
Must:
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- 3+ years IT experience, ideally within an MSP environment
- Broad technical experience across desktop support, network infrastructure, and Microsoft 365
- Windows Server and Desktop environments (preferred)
- Microsoft 365 and Azure administration (preferred)
- Desktop and mobile OS troubleshooting (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) (preferred)
- Experience working with the Cyber Essentials framework (preferred)
- Microsoft Foundation or Associate level certification (desirable, not essential)
- CompTIA A+ or similar (desirable, not essential)
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients both on-site and from the office
- Conduct quarterly audits of client networks and infrastructure (on-site and remote)
- Onboard new clients to internal technical standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client networks, systems, applications, and infrastructure
- Deliver high levels of customer service to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
- Support Cyber Essentials assessments and recertifications
