Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally from an MSP
- Proficiency in Office Suite, Entra, Azure, Intune, conditional access policies, help desk software, and operating systems including Windows 11, Windows Servers, routers, firewalls, Meraki Cisco, Ubiquiti, VPNs, etc.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks and network protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests and provide timely solutions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain all computer systems and applications, cloud or onsite
- Collaborate with 1st or 2nd Line Support Engineers and escalate complex issues
- Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures
- Assist in the maintenance of LAN infrastructure
Description

This position involves providing technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring efficient resolution of IT-related issues.
