Must:

- Essential knowledge of Azure; Linux (Ubuntu) and AWS is a nice to have
- Understanding of networking, storage (NAS/SAN), and security principles
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain servers, networks, and storage infrastructure
- Provide escalated technical support across hardware, software, and systems
- Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and VMware / ESXi environments
- Assist with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) and infrastructure optimisation
- Implement security best practices, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
- Support hardware deployments, asset management, and documentation
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes
Description
We are a growing IT team based in Ashford, looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to maintain the stability, security, and performance of our core technology environment.
