Requirements
Must:
- Strong expertise in Operational Technology (OT) environments
- Knowledge of IT/OT convergence
- Expertise in OT risk management
- Experience in operational resilience
- Insight into delivery and implementation strategies
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST
- Ability to assess processes, controls, and governance
- Skills in developing operational frameworks and assurance mechanisms
- Experience working collaboratively with engineering, operations, IT, and security teams
Responsibilities
- Assess current OT and IT/OT operating environments to identify gaps in processes and controls
- Define and support the implementation of OT target operating models
- Develop operational processes and workflows
- Clarify roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities
- Identify sub-systems and operational interfaces
- Create and implement control frameworks and assurance mechanisms
- Develop OT transformation strategies and roadmaps
- Support the uplift of OT security controls in day-to-day operations
- Establish and improve OT governance and standards
- Engage with stakeholders across OT and IT teams for knowledge transfer and capability building
Description
We are a dynamic consulting firm seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Consultant for a 12-month contract. This hybrid role is based in London, where you will work 2-3 days per week. You will support our Operational Technology/IT transformation program, focusing on aligning people, processes, technology, and controls to industrial standards.
