Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with multiple Kubernetes distributions (at least 2 distros)
- Proven track record in building and deploying clusters
- Knowledge of GKE
- Familiarity with data lakes and data warehousing
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes security and ability to navigate CNI and CSI configurations
- Experience with Helm charts and Operators
- Hands-on experience in containerizing applications such as Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, and Grafana
- Strong Linux skills, including basic administration
- Experience with Ansible and Terraform
- Solid background in Kubernetes implementation, architecture, and migration
Responsibilities
- Define a 'Kubernetes batch' stack
- Review the architecture of our existing Internal Kubernetes Platform (IKP) to identify reusable components for the Kubernetes batch
- Assist in deploying the batch processing platform
- Build and test automation scripts
- Help debug network, storage, and security errors
- Implement a secret management solution
