Requirements
Must:
- Full clean UK driving license
- Experience with desktop and server operating systems
- Knowledge of hardware and mobile phone technology
- Proficiency in network hardware configuration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with wireless network systems and printing technologies
- Strong analytical skills to approach problems from different angles and make quick decisions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Network Plus certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- I will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of remote site networks and the documentation of those networks.
- I will work closely with the service desk team to resolve and support issues while onsite at any of the remote offices.
- I will liaise with the service desk to ensure that any support needs are fulfilled during site visits.
- I will ensure all hardware is configured and ready to deploy at sites, in accordance with build specifications and customer requirements.
- I will configure all network devices in accordance with best practice security requirements and Network Plus build specifications, ensuring they are pre-tested.
- I will collaborate with my team to achieve first-time fix results during site visits.
- I will help and support all customers, ensuring that their needs are met and striving to exceed their expectations through excellent service.
- I will comply with all systems, procedures, and processes to maintain accurate company and client information.
- I will work in line with Service Level Agreements, delivering the requirements of Network Plus and ensuring targets are met.
- I will manage priority one incidents, escalating to 3rd line support and IT management when necessary.
- I will stay current with the latest desktop, mobile, and network technology.
