Responsibilities
In this position, you will deliver Cloud Architect support for SECRET Cloud Hosting (both on-premise and Hyperscale). Your key responsibilities will include leading network design and artefact development across all SECRET Cloud platforms and supporting network security assurance for current and future SECRET Cloud services. You will develop compliant technology designs aligned with MOD 604, 440 governance, NCSC, and industry best practices. Additionally, you will produce High- and Low-Level Designs for integrating Tier 2 Hyperscale Cloud onto the Defence Network and collaborate with suppliers and cross-government network leads. You will also specialize in Network Design, BGP, and IP addressing for both on-premise (VMware) and Hyperscale platforms, while contributing to Defence and cross-government working groups.
Description
We are currently recruiting for a DV Technical Architect to join our client on an initial 12-month contract. This role offers a competitive daily rate of £640 - £645 and is classified as inside IR35. The position is based in Corsham with hybrid working arrangements.
